How to get started in Notion without overwhelm

Notion is a lot of fun to use with its clean layout and flexible block structure. You can track and manage anything you desire, and do it in a way that's fun and encouraging to maintain.

Here's the bad news: Notion isn't like learning other apps. All that flexibility creates decisions to make in terms of workspace setup and day-to-day use, or workflow. Decision fatigue leads to frustration and the false belief that you can't figure it out.

My Daily Reflections Notion template is a really easy way to start building a daily practice of using Notion. If you at times feel overwhelmed with what's on your plate, this is a great place to start.

    Who am I?

I am a human, first and foremost, and I believe we should treat ourselves as such; with humanity.

We're not perfect and we're not meant to be.

The immense pressure we put on ourselves, to be good parents, supportive spouses, engaged at work and still have time to play... to show up all the time at 100%... Well, it needs a reboot.

If the mental track you're playing is more hurtful than helpful, then you're in the right place. I'm here to help more humans find a better way.
